I started GreenWave Organics, because I have a passion to help others. I have struggled over the years and I want to give back the compassion and love that I have been given.
At the age of 16, I was diagnosed with a rare chronic genetic condition called Hereditary Angioedema. I have a low tolerance and I am very sensitive to many things. I have to be extremely careful about what I put into my body and managing my stress levels is a must. If not, I will go into extremely painful and potentially life-threatening swelling attacks.
been angry, but more often, I’m grateful for my life and the people I have. I’m grateful for a supportive husband who will do anything to help me. Despite his fear/hatred of needles, every week he helps me with my weekly infusions. What I am most grateful for is my faith. It gives me hope, purpose, and direction. I was listening to Joe Rogan’s podcast the other day, and he said something pretty simple, yet profound: 'How can we appreciate the good if we don’t have evil?' Yes, the bad days suck, but honestly, that makes the good days absolutely amazing.Over the years I’ve been able to narrow down my triggers. It took a lot of self-reflection to accept a handful of lifestyle changes, but I eventually accepted them.
Giving up gluten and switching to a carnivore diet was probably the hardest, but eating steak and bacon a few times a week isn’t too bad. 🥩🥓 Alcohol was another component that took me a while to finally say no to. I am not really sure why it took me so long to part ways with alcohol; it made me feel like complete dog shit for days, even if I only had a few glasses of wine. I’m proud to say I have been sober since January 27, 2024 ✌🏼
My main job is as a massage therapist. I started my career back in 2016. Massage will always be my passion, but it’s pretty tough on my body, and I’m finding myself working fewer hours each year. I started casually selling CBD to my clients as a little income boost to supplement working fewer hours.
One amazing thing I’ve added to my practice is incorporating CBD into each session. I love offering my massage clients to try a CBD gummy or a drop of tincture before their appointment and I always use topical CBD creams during their massage appointment.
I would find my clients falling asleep immediately. Sometimes after their appointment, they would say, that was the most relaxed they’ve been during a massage. Which, I thought was pretty cool! If I can give my client just a tad more relaxation from the daily grind, I want to help other also!
For years I’ve been wanting to sell CBD online. Something in me at the beginning of January 2024 told me to take the risk and explore a new path.
I continually pray a daily prayer asking that I will know God’s voice and the direction he wants me to go. I pray that I will have confidence when things become challenging. I will always continue to pray this, as life never gets easy.
Now you know a little more about me and my background. Hopefully you understand why I created Green Wave Organics. I wanted to create something that is pure, clean, simple, and nourishing to our bodies. I promise to strive to deliver products that make me and everyone feel their absolute best.
Starting Green Wave Organics is my way of spreading a little bit of healing and relaxation to others all over the United States. I can only have so many clients in the day, but through the internet, I am able to reach many more.
